Shipping Policy
Digital Stories Digital editions are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of payment being confirmed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your story within 24 hours. Digital products are not shipped physically and have no associated postage cost.
Printed & Posted Editions Physical copies are lovingly printed and dispatched by post within 3–5 working days of your order being placed. We ship from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK: 2–4 working days (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
- Europe: 7–14 working days
Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the postal carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
